Position descriptions

Salon Coordinator: greets guests as they walk in and checks them in and out at the front desk; schedules/confirms appointments, answers phones, balances drawers, restocks products, retails products, maintains boutique retail floor, and assists in ensuring that salon and spa are running smoothly by meeting client needs.

Assistant: participates in a structured education program through the salon while assisting stylists with the needs of clients. Ensures the salon is kept clean and running smoothly; keep station/professional products well-stocked.

Esthetician: performs facials, waxing, and makeup applications for clients.

Massage Therapist: performs different types of massage for clients, such as therapeutic, deep tissue, sports, and stress therapy.

Runner: greets guests as they walk in; assists in ensuring that salon and spa are running smoothly; assists with laundry, stocking products, errands, and other jobs as-needed.
